Sally Greenwood brings over 25 years of experience in the non-profit, health care and social services sectors to her role as Vice President, Communications and Societal Engagement at Genome BC. An expert in crisis and strategic communications and issues management, Sally leads the organization in achieving the highest visibility and credibility possible through a variety of engagement activities. Sally mentors scientists and industry leaders on ways to make the important work they do accessible and engaging through her belief that the most impactful stories are shared through the lens of the person at the heart of the story. Sally also works with experts to explore and understand the broader societal and policy implications of the incredible advancements made possible through genomics. Sally has a graduate degree in Journalism.
