Jean-Christophe Bélisle-Pipon

Jean-Christophe Bélisle-Pipon, PhD is a Visiting Researcher at the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at the Harvard Law School. He was recently appointed as Visiting Researcher at the School of Public Health of the Université de Montréal. His current research interests include citizen engagement in health policy-making; relational, emotional and agential dimensions of artificial intelligence (AI) in health; mingling arts and science for knowledge mobilization; and conflicts of interest in health policy-making. He is interested in science diplomacy and the various ways in which the next generation of researchers can engage in the development of tomorrow';s connected and socially engaged science. He was instrumental in the development of the Resident Scientist Program funded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQ). He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS) and is President of the Intersectoral Student Committee of the FRQ. Jean-Christophe has recently been elected on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Bioethics.
